THE HEAD NGAURUHOE TROPHY RACE 2010
The Head Ngauruhoe Trophy Race
To be held on Saturday 4th September 2010 on the Te Heu Heu Valley #1 Race Course (weather permitting).
The event is open to Ski Clubs of Mt Ruapehu.

Juniors – Under 17yrs as at 1st January 2010)
Open – Any Age
Master’s – (40 or over at 1st January 2010)
Entry Fee:
The Entry fee is $95.00 per team
Summary Rules:
Maximum 5 Races per team, 4 fastest times count including a minimum of 1 female, and who are all financial members of that club.
Skiers can only race for one team
More than one team can be entered from each club per category, a maximum of 4 teams per club may enter, this may be opened up on the day if there are any spare team spaces still available.
Pre-Registration and Payment of one team per club is permitted prior to Race Day.
Team Bib numbers will be drawn at Registration in front of team for start order. Teams must confirm member start order from Bib numbers.
Registration:
All Teams must complete the Declaration Entry Form and provide full payment at the Registration in the Knoll Ridge Café or another venue as marked on the ‘blackboards’ at the bottom of each lift before 10am on the 4th September 2010 or pre-register to the Club Captain prior to 2nd September.

clubcaptain@ngauruhoeskiclub.org.nz, make payment through internet banking please deposit money into ASB 12-3057-0029772-00, NSC Account, and in reference fields put Trophy Race, Entry, "club name". Or complete the credit card debit authority form –
click here. Your registration will only been confirmed once payment is received.
Race Start:
10.30am at the tope of Te Heu Heu Valley in Race Bib order. Course Inspection from 9.45am to 10.15am from side of course (dependent on conditions).
Prize Giving:
7pm to late. (
Please note: If your racers are under 18yrs, please ensure that your clubs sends a responsible adult and stays with them. Ngauruhoe Ski Club promotes responsible alcohol consumption, will provide food and non-alcoholic beverages. Ngauruhoe Ski Club is not responsible for under 18yr olds and their consumption of alcohol.
